


| Fall Creek Falls State Park Campground Reservation Policies Effective 11/01/02 Reservation Fees Effective 11/01/02 the reservation fee will be $10.00 per site. This fee is non-refundable. Reservation fee plus two nights campsite rental for each site reserved is required. This must be paid within 14 days of making reservation. Payment in full is required for all nights of reservation upon arrival. Required deposits as follows: Regular campsite $47.00, with sewer $51.00, TN Senior $38.00 with sewer $42.00, Out-of-State Senior $43.50 with sewer $48.00, TN State Employee and Golden Access $28.50 with sewer $33.00 In the instance of “no-shows” we will hold a campsite for the number of nights paid only. Cancellations No partial cancellations. If any nights are cancelled entire reservation will be forfeited. Cancellation outside 7 days of arrival date will be refunded one night’s campsite fee only. We will keep the reservation fee and one nights camping fee. Upon cancellation all sites will revert to the park to be rented, the reservation may not be reassigned by the person canceling the site. Minimum Reservation Two-night minimum stay is required except on Memorial Day and Labor Day, which will be a minimum of three nights, and the Fourth of July, which will be five nights. All nights must be paid for – no refunds. Groups Group Reservations – No limit on how many sites a group leader can reserve at one time. For groups that are paying individually we will require individual names, addresses, and phone numbers at the time the reservation is made. The deposit requirement, reservations fee, cancellation/refund policy will be in effect for all group reservations. Persons making a group reservation must supply the park with a “rooming list” within 14 days. This list must include name, address, and phone number. Sites not confirmed within 14 days will be cancelled. Refunds The only possible reason for a refund or “rain check” will be medical or death. No refunds will be given due to weather or a change in plans. If a camper meets these needs for a refund they must complete the proper form at the park office, and Ranger or Supervisor must approve the request. |
