Woodland Trail
The Woodland Trail begins just
behind the
Nature Center and is
the main connector to
Fall Creek
Falls.  The trail crosses a swinging
bridge over the
Cascades and
then climbs some steep steps to
the top of the gorge.  The concrete
steps end,  and the trail continues
up the rest of the hill..  After
getting to the top of the ridge, you
have walked about 0.2 miles.  The
Woodland trail continues by taking
the left fork.  To the right is the
Gorge Overlook Trail, which forms
a loop with the Woodland Trail.

At this point, the trail has a few ups
and downs, but is mostly an easy
hike to
Fall Creek Falls.  You will
cross over Fall Creek and Coon
Creek on wooden bridges and
walk a slight uphill to get to the
first Fall Creek Falls Overlook.
Continue on the trail just a bit
longer where the
main Fall Creek
Falls Overlook is located.
Restrooms can be found here, and
the trailhead for the
Base of Fall
Creek Falls trail.
